correct settings to convert mpeg to .rm? [; ; win98SE]

need sum help from those in the know

I got a convertor to make .rm files from mpeg but when i play them in real player on my nokia 6600, the picture freezes or is like a slide show, the audio is fine.
the convertor has different settings for frame size and also for wot looks like connection speeds, what should these be set to?

and finally, i have a couple of .rm files that i d/l that play perfect on 6600. can i somehow view the settings for these and use that to convert my mpeg?
