i'm new to this thing. so i use easy cd creator to burn a music cd but when i selected writer cd it said adaptec direct cd is using the cd writer so i shut down adaptec direct cd. but it still said that so wat is the problem? when i try using nero it freezes on me. its a external 7200series hp.
