Linux, IMO, is much better than windowz.
Windows is such a computer hog, the only good version was 98, which had the most time put into its development, leaving it with minimal flaws, hence why I run linux on my computer.
Linux opens up so much renovation room on a computer, and is much more user friendly.

I will definetly buy this when it comes out.

linux has its advantages for those who actually use computer, but for the rest of the world, windows works fine. they are both great operating systems, i run them both, and some are better for certain things, so no point blasting something youve never used

LOL yep great attidude towards linux , Well guys i bet youll all be saying the opposite when it does come out and things like mp3 and vcd player progs are wrote for it etc and even more so when the ps2 hard drive comes out , so dont knock some thing u int got a clue about

Linux will be mainly for developers. I imagine its not going to be like redhat or something as simple? It will in any case bring much more life to the ps2

linux is not better than windows, its not very user friendly its for advanced programming, no point in using it unless you intend on making games

Divx is compatible with Linux, so maybe with a Harddrive and a program, you may be able to Divx on PS2
