any suggestions on how to get rid of clipping/distortion in this emulator? i have tried disabling the various synths, sampling rates, stereo mono etc and i have got the latest drivers for the sound card

i used to use kgen (dos emulator) but i cant get any sound at all now i have upgraded from 98 to xp
