Nero 5.5 Help Please [; ; winXP]

Hi....I'm just new at backing up games, can any one help...when using Nero 5.5 I get so far (up to where it tells me to put a blank cd in after reading image) and then it says "Caching of files started" and then immediatley after that it says "Caching of files failed".......I dont know how to fix this or what I am doing wrong....I have clonecd but it is not completely compatable with my burner so any help would be greatly appriciated.!!:confused:

What burner do you have? Also try CDRwin as it works good at copying and is compatible with more burners than CloneCD so it might work for yours.
