Hi there. I am new to this stuff. I have a dvd player that plays mp3 files. I want to compile a 5 cd set onto 1 cd in mp3 format (63 files) and be able to play it on my dvd player. I tried nero and selected the audio cd option but it only lets me burn 74 minutes worth which is only about 15 songs. Is there a program that would burn all 63 files in mp3 format? Thanks.

You want to burn the MP3s as data (ISO 9660) , choosing audio converts the MP3 data files into audio tracks. Audio CDs are limited by the time length of the tracks, data discs are limited by the file size. Unless you have MP3s encoded at very high bit rates you shouldn't have any probelm getting 63 MP3 files onto one disc.
Many DVD players can navigate file structures which is useful as Nero burns data files alphabetically which may not be the sorting that you are after for your MP3 collection.
Put each album into a seperate folder and then drag them into the Nero burning window. Done.

I tried nero using the "data cd" option and successfully burned all 63 files (283meg) and they play on the dvd but one thing I can't do is select random play for some reason. Is that something that just doesn't work with mp3 cd's? Thanks for your help!
