i think your psx would explode if you played a ps2 game on it! LOL!

Lets see here:

Processor:
-------------
PSX: 32 bit processor @ 33.8 MHz
PS2: 128 bit processor @ 294.912 MHz

Memory:
-----------
PSX: 2 MB main memory
PS2: 32 MB main memory

Drive:
-------
PSX: 2X CD-ROM Drive
PS2: 24X CD-ROM, 4X DVD-ROM

As, you can see the PSX is completely and utterly incapable of playing PS2 games.

That must be the daftest question i have ever seen on this board ,and boy there has been some halfwit questions.Maybe that is why people mod their ps2s, and why we have a ps2 forum .
Hey and by the way do you think the X- Box willl play ps2 games lol

My Xbox can all i have to do is sit a copy of any GC game ontop of the processor.
then i fill up the ethernet port with NASA grade clay.
finally i put the ps2 game into the drive hit the power button 5 times then the eject button 6 times
and it works lol
