Greetings,
I've just upgraded(?) to WinXP from Win98se. I cannot get my scanner to run off of it's own software, as XP says there is a link error. Device Mgr. sees the scanner & says it is OK. Just tried XP's "scanners & cameras" built in program and the scanner works....but XP's software for this sucks. Is there a way to elliminate this built in program & use my scanner's software??
If this is a super easy one to solve...sorry, I'm slow to learn ...
