Howdy.
I had a removable hard drive bay in my previous system which was hot swoppable.
I could switch back up drives while the computer was on and go straight to files stored on the new hard drive.
I built a new computer and installed the same removable hard drive bay.
But when I swop drives the system slows right down and sometimes freezes completely. I have to re-start the system.
I have a 6.4GB Internal hard drive with my operating system on, and 4 removable hard drives with system.
The removable hard drive's are set to "removable" in the device manager.
Anybody have any ideas on why this might be happening.
Cheers & Beers
