Just thought i would post this WARNING to KAZZA users and others who use P2P Software.

I hope this helps as i discovered that this software was installed on my system without me knowing (after downloading Winmx)
I have just followed the instructions in the above link an sucsefully uninstalled it without afecting Winmx

Nothing is mentioned about WinMX. All of the other three programs use the same KaZaa network to swap files. WinMX does not use the KaZaa network.
I may be wrong, but I don't think the BDE files on your machine were from WinMX.
Roger Moore May 22, 2002, 03:35 PM Win MX doesn't have spyware. Kazaa seems to be full of spyware and other nasty suprises.

but surely if all 75000 or so members here used the same program we would all benefit greatly ! :)
