Just installed this beast of a cdrw & in lives up 2 the reviews that pple here made :tup:

I noticed that the firmware revision I have is 5S57 but heard pple on about the 5S59 revision so should i up grade and where can I obtain it from ?

I assume from the firmware you've given you are running the LiteOn 242102b.

There is a new firmware available for this drive, 5S59, but unless you are having any problems I would advise against upgrading it really.

JEDI already stated that he/she is running 5S57.
