get this message all the time about a virus (I - worm - kles.H)

I ran Norton, it never picked it up.

Theres a program on my PC called devender virus scanner, it never picked it up.

I ran AVG and it picked it up but even when it says it has cleaned it - i still get the message saying i have this damn virus.

Any ideas ?

This worm has been the biggest around along with it's variants...i think i got it through this site ..others will dispute this..download PANDA titanium
scan to clean it and your p/c ...it will be sent back to u ..i get mine from postmaster and others it is not their fault..it uses your address book in outlook express etc:;u can pay 4 a good antivirus s/ware...
..a few tips BLOCK SENDER in all suss e-mails.............
now try this ..open new contact in outlook express...TYPE !ooo....keep this as no.1 address...when the worm attacks it will go here because it can't send it should stop.....hope this helps ..cheers.

Go to the Symantec website and download the Klez tool there and run it twice, make sure that you print out the instructions and follow them verbatim especially anything about switching off system restore.
