Hi having a few problems!

my lite-on 16102b is mucking up, it takes it 25 mins to read a cd, but then writes it in about 3 mins

im using nero got the read speed set to 40x and the write speed to 16x

i just want it to read disc quicker!

They usually suggest not using a cdrw burner to read
DVD rom drives are good, but if you don't have any, use a regular cd rom drive
If not, use the burner, but probably the disc does have bad sectors, I suggest just letting it read it and then burn it, at least you'll have the copy

My old Teac 8x8x32 could read any disc like it's nothing
My new Teac 24x10x40 takes time, but I don't mind, at least it has burn proof technology on it.
