Hi i am having problems when trying to burn with nero and run aol at the same time as soon as i start burning aol just loses connection,and the message someone maybe trying to call you or check to see if any phone in the house is off the hook.Also when the nice lady from aol says goodbye the sound is very distored and broken.

Have you got the latest version of Nero (v 5.5.8.2)?

If not I suggest you download it from http://www.ahead.de/en/download.htm

Also make sure that you have the latest version of AOL and all the updates from Windows Update.

Sounds like an AOL problem to me, I've heard of others having similar problems like this.
