Hey all, thanks for readin in,

I'm really tempted with the Pioneer DVR-A04 from SVP, but i'm not sure if my machine's up to it. At the moment i'm still running win98, but will hopefully be upgrading to 2000 next week.

I'm usin a 500mhz Celeron, 128mb ram, 20gb hd.

Is there anythin special i need, to get this up and running? Or should it fit into my machine and work okay?

Any further info would be hugely appreciated.

Cheers!
DefDex.

Well as long as you are just ripping the DVD's and burning them you are OK but if the movie is bigger than DVDR cpacity its nessesary to re-encode the movie and with that machine forget it no way !
