Try MP3Gain or any normalizing software. MP3Gain is good because it doesn't require resampling the MP3. http://www.geocities.com/mp3gain/

You cannot post a 1.5Mb picture here!!!! Crop only the message that you want to show and convert it from bmp to jpg. After that, reinsert the picture.

You didn't download the Full Install Version which includes the neccessary Visual Basic runtime files. Use the link to get the Full Install files or download them from http://support.microsoft.com/support/vbasic/runtime.asp

BTW, nice screenshot but you should convert bmp to jpg for an image like this, since the bmp file is over 1.4 MB.

i know but i just formatted my com couple days ago and didnt install program to get jpeg extensions lol.
