how can i remove the control panel in winxp so as only the administrator can use it???
IE : so a normal user can't change his status to admin.

I think only an administrator can add/remove users m8.

Normal user do not have that previlage anyway as stated above.

just make sure only your account is set to admin.
and make sure everyone else is set to limited account

Most of these sort of features only work if you chose NTFS on instal.

i found my limited users can access and delete/install anything from there acounts. Microsoft says it's because i use fat32 file system.
