How do i unformat a NTFS drive for windows xp???

You can't unformat NTFS.

I don't think you can unformat a drive. Did you acidently format the wrong drive?

I think he means he converted a drive from fat32 to ntfs, and now wants to convert it back to fat32 - i don't think you can though.

And that's one good reason why I format all HDD's as FAT32. ;)

if you boot from your xp cd rom and go to re install xp, when you choose which hhd partition you want to install to you can choose to format as fat32
