Can someone help me here? I`m running Windows 98 on a pentium 3, but i`ve just updated internet explorer to version 6. But since that i get a RNAAPP message when i open most applications like easy cd creator etc. It doesnt do any harm, but its a pain really. Does anyone have any suggestions what i should do here. Or has anyone had the same happen to them.
All help appreciated.

Try running SFC from Start -> Run and restore any altered files using Win 98 installable CD.

Have you got all the updates from Windows Update?

system file checker
type sfc.exe in the run box on the startbar and this will check your system for corrupt files,it will repair any it finds from your cd

Just to cap on this. I did a system check. Only one file was found to be altered OR not there i guess. This was USERs, so should i replace this or not? I`m not too sure you see - amateur at this!
