Is any difference other than the size between the big PCB Enigmahs and the small PCB Enigmahs?

hi m8 good point there i been to the pc show today and looked around
i was talking to some dealers and they said its been put back for another
week but the other dealer had these chips
and the guy said that they are just the beta being sold of as the real thing
as they had loads to shift
what i like to know is how can we tell between the beta and the real
first modchip

for now im going to wait for about a week or two to see what happens

Well, the beta version looks like this:

And the final version looks like this:

With the first batch of the final version there was a mistake on the boards, but it is easily fixed (instructions HERE (http://www.enigmah.com/diagrams2.html) ). The FINAL versions without the mistake will be available on Wednesday 5th, they will have 'V2' printed on them so you will know which chip u got.

But what I want to know is, is there anything wrong with buying one of the beta versions?

The beta version need patchs to boot some games. There are only 3 games that need the patch.

where can i get a pcb for my chip??all i got was a bare chip and it is the beta version.where can i get the final version mounted on a pcb??
