do the action replay codes work on ripped versions of games
cause i have a pal rip of gt3 and the lots of money code isnt working

Nope, Nor GameShark 2/Action Replay 2 cheats work on the rip of that game..
May I suggest, either, renting out the orignal of the game..then inputting cheats for that one, save your game (presuming they are from the same region, eg NTSC/NTSC...) the saved data with the cheats on it, will be compatable with the saved data from the rip, or use the SharkPort if you have that (I do, very handy for ripped games, when needing to cheat:))
