I know that the ps2 has like the worst laser imaginable, and that its recommended to only use the best quality recordables (apple, verbatim etc..), but I also hear that the later version ps2s...like v5 and all have much better lasers. I was just wondering if you can use some of that cheaper media for these, or is it still better in the long run to just use the better media and avid the laser getting worn out??
