I'm just curious as I seem to be the only one who does this. I do the swap-trick and when I need to no-mod a game you usually lose features, so I just burn the game onto 2 cd's and keep them :) Also sometimes I dummy my games to reduce wear on my laser (ie. push the data to the edge of the cd so the whole thing's 71mins long) a good example was winning eleven 6. After I patched it with the english patch I re-built it and now I can't even hear it load while it's in my ps2

Well if you had to use a no mod patch you probably can't push the data to the edge :( If you have no mod-chip (like me) you can only do it to small games, like winning eleven.

to push it to the edge, you can use Sony CD/DVD Gen. and add a dummy file, if you have a no-solder mod, or use the knife trick, don't push it pass the LBA(71min) or the GS or AR2 Cd. If you have a modchip that plays over 71min(Neo all of them, Messiah) then you can go to 79min.

You should do some searching. Creative1971

I don't have the S0ny cdvdgen so I use a freeware one (search the boards). I create a dummy file using DummyFile.exe (megagames.com/dreamcast) and then I make a dummy file so that the maximum size of all the files is 630mb. Then using the freeware cdgen put the dummy file first and then followed by the other files. If you know what files get used most, put them towards the end of the cd.
