This problem has occured recently on my computer. When on the internet if I click on the arrow on the right hand side of the address bar to view a list of recently typed addresses, or if I type in a new address the computer searches the floppy drive and then the cd drive before continuing. This only happens the first time of each internet session but it didn't use to and is getting annoying as it takes about 1 minute before continuing as normal. Any advice appreciated. It sounds like someone opened up a page that was stored locally on the floppy drive and also on a CD-ROM.

To stop it from hapening you would need to delete the urls from the address bar.
