i paid someone £150.00 through nochex for a good gamecube package, but am not getting any replies, and its been over a month. ive obviously been ripped, ive spoke to the police and emailed nochex and i cant see anything happening or havent heard anything. :( they say they are looking into it. what does this mean? has anyone else been through anything like this.

mate sorry to hear about that- i reported a trader to nochex- (it wasn't for anything like that amount of money about £20) but didn't take it to the police

got the same standard "we'll look into to it" reply from nochex and seeing it was for "backups" didn't really feel that i had a legal leg to stand on regarding taking it any further-

never heard from the nochex people again regarding that topic

Who or what company did u buy from? Did they have refs?

people can easily apply for a fake debit card... & then trade... withdraw...& do a runner!
