I got AMD 1.8 XP, i need a motherboard with sound chip, any suggestion, something cheap but reliable.

A typo I guess.

I would also say the same if you want good & cheap.

If you want great then the Asus 333 is about the best IMHO, bought some yesterday from a computer fair for only £84 each!!!!!!! Plus a RAID one for myself at only £99!!! Compare those prices to what everyone else is charging. ;)
