hello mates can any of you help me with this problem
i have just bought an A-Tek geforce mx 400 tv out card and all is working fine
except that the display on my tv is black & white i have tried allsorts to sort it but no joy
my tv will not change to ntsc (crap model lol) as i have been told it could that
any help would be much appreciated

there should be a jumper on the tv out card that will let you set it for Pal or NTSC just switch the jumper over to Pal

jspr57 thanks for the advice but there is no jumpers on the card (and believe me i looked hard lol)
but i did take it back to the shop and the assistant who i 've known for a while said it was because my agp slot was only x2 and it would only work with x4 but also said an pci card would work fine.

TV Tool (http://www.tvtool.info/index_e.htm)

It may let you change the output of your TV out card (depending on if it supported). I have a nVidia GeForce 2 MX 400 so your should be okay. It lets you pick between: NTSC, PAL & PAL 60 outputs.
