I want to make a photo album on a CD that's playable on Most VCD / DVD machine.. so that I can share it with my folks and friends who doesn't own a computer..

What I have in mind is:

1) Main Menu

2) 20-30 jpegs ... (scrolling back and forward) ( although ) I know there is more room..

3) Background music when the scroll thru the pics..

More of a slideshow album..

Any program that currently does that?

Thanks
Kenix

Try Ulead VDOstudio. You'll be able to import images, video and more. However VCD won't support frame by frame scrolling and have background music.. The best thing is set each image to display in the number of seconds and you can pause it. When pause, the music will stop..

Another easy-to-use program is include with Roxio EZ CD Creator <Image Impression or something like that>

Kenix,

To do what you want to do, you need to get hold of WINONCD 3.8 Power edition. It is great and will do exactly what you want.

Roxio Video Impression will only work on a computer.

i HAVE JUST BOUGHT uleadS DVD PICTURE SHOW and it allows you to have upto 99 slideshows containing upto 99 images with music on 1 vcd and it works! So easy to use -drag and drop pictures-even creates menu like dvd for each slide show. You can down load a 15 day trial version if you want 2 try from c-net.

The full version cost me over £30 open to trades for copy:tup:

Has anyone managed to create a still .jpg SVCD in Nero that can play background music. I can get pictures but no sound yet, perhaps it's not possible.
