Hi,

Verbatim datalife plus and TDK Relex have been excellent for music and ps2 backups. You will find that cheap media will cause old cd players or cheap players problems.

If u want decent quality spend a little more and go for a branded cdr, well worth it in the long run.

Cheers

What ever I can get a good deal on
in the states we buy for free after rebate or as high as $10 for a 100 / 700mb

look @ staples,office max,bestbuy,CC
they have sales every week starting sundays

I have 500 blanks that cost me about $25 after rebats

STAPLES HAS PHILIPS 40X CDR'S 100 pack now with a good deal

I especially like the new "WHITE LABEL" discs. They are manufactured for DataSafe by Ritek, supposedly Ltd edition but Ive been using em for ages and a m8 who owns a cdr shop just bought 200,000, so who know? :)

For games, especially PSX and PS2 I prefer to use Verbatims, but to be honest I can give no reason as to why I prefer these over Datasafe. Never a prob with either.

For VCD again its gotta be Datasafe, I especially liked the silver 24x ones. Another favourite was/is the Vivastar whitetops. They have blue dye and are great for vcd players that struggle with other brands. Bought a couple of hundred of em the other day.

For audio I like to use the TDK Reflex cos they look good but again no better quality than Datasafe.
