Do you see any yellow ! in Device Manager? Do you see any item listed as Unknown Device in Device Manager?

What's the card's make/model?

hi van nugent the card is a inteck p003 dual serial port and no there,s not any yellow marks or unknown device all iv,e got is a diskette to install it. i got the bloody thing from maplin store
