ok,i have an iso of a game,but i want to burn it to cd and play it in my playstation console... i tried it once and it didnt work,, is there anything im doing wrong or is there any kind of prog i need to do it..?? cuz i really wanna play this game and any info would really help me out a lot...its a dbz iso,but if anyone helps me get this running,ill trade it with them... sorry but its the only .ISO i have at the moment... :( thx...

Well first off make sure you burn it with the right properties, CDROM-XA Mode2, otherwise you will run into problems, other than that the only thing that comes to mind is you may have a bad .iso, but then again .iso's arent really a good format to use with psx, i actually think its the worst
But anyways, whenever i have a .iso i just use CDRWin to burn it to cd, although you could use something else like EasyCD Creator and i think that Nero handles that format as well

maybe, it's a stupid idea but ... did you install a modchip into your psx ?

You need to be a little more specific, ISO is a fairly general term, as Jack Frost mentioned, there is an ISO with the file extension ".iso", in which case you use the programs he mentioned. There are also others, however, .bin, .img, etc., which are somewhat program specific. CloneCD uses the .img format, and there are several that handle the .bin format, CDRWIN, Nero(I think) & Fireburner, if there's any others I can't remember them right now. For specific instructions, you need to know what the file extension is of your ISO, let us know.

the file extention itsself says " dbfb.iso " ...its the first time i ever downloaded a game from the net to try to burn it.. as jack frost said ,.iso's arent the best format for burning.. is there i way i can convert this back to .biin or anything..??... i have a bootdisc for my psx and works fine for all my copied games. or even so,can someone link me to where i can get nero from..??.. im sorry if i sound totally lame here.. i just REALLY do not know anything about downloading games from the net.. thanks for all the help so far though.. :)
