hi, ive just got a used computer, could someone please tell me where i have to put my isp info (i did try a search but nothing came up).

also it has no Word or other Office things like that, is there anywhere i can download freeware of somthing like Microsoft Word?

of course there is also star office which is completly free, and compatoble with word files i think. Its meant to be very good.
Altho the one above may be just as good
