hi all

i've got epson stylus c20 ux printer bought that fro comet about 3 weeks ago, its not printing with the natural colours, or especially when i try to print some picture, it comes up with different colours or very dark, i have tried the properties but doesn't say much. i suppose, a lot of people here use this printer because of its cheap ink cartridges, please could anybody help me.

Did you install the right drivers from the disk, not the one comes with Window??

thanks for the reply, yes, i did install with the software it came with. i rang comet and they say that i should ring epson they will go through with you and if they can't fix it han they will collect from you. and repair it . its been only 3 weeks since i bought this printer and a very first week to use because i was on holidays. what do you think.

That's easy way for Comet to say that, if you ring Epson, they would say, you should take it back to reseller for first year warranty to exchange it as it still under guaranty from Comet, I would say, take it and change it, instead of going all through the procedures.
