I am on winME at the mo but im thinking of upgrading to winXP, ive heard much gud stuff about it but i was wondering if i install windows XP and i dont like it can i go back to a previous version of windows such as ME?? If so can ne 1 tell me how to do this because ive heard that there is no dos, so how would i format etc.?? Please reply asap to the email adress below. Thanx In Advance.

You can dual boot with both operating system, if you dont like like, uninstall XP.

If you don't format your drives as NTFS you should have no problem. Just format XP drive if you realise you don't want it then reinstall ME. If your doing an upgrade (not a clean install) there is an option in Add/Remove programs to revert back to your old OS.

BTW don't judge XP if you do a basic upgrade from ME (not a clean install). ME leaves a bad smell behind which causes XP not to work as well as it would under a clean insall.
