I would like to know how to make a bin, que file of a game, simply a backup copy.

I have ICO on my hardrive ( not on cd)

And after that i just get a patch from http://www.spiv.de/ps2/ ...?, should I use ECCR also?

Also on this page there is 2 patches for ICO.

ICO_MULTI5_FINAL_PAL GENiUS_nomod [TEAM NOMOD].zip

and

ico_pal_multi5_paradox_[team-nomod].zip

Wich one to use?

Never mind the extraction of the disc and you'll have it. Just use your HD rars..... here you go..... go to the 4th step and start there......
