I have a SIS63AGP 8mb video card (Beggars can't be choosers)
do I need open gl drivers and where can I find them..Have downloaded latest driver for the card from Jaton but no mention of Opengl

You may be doing just fine without openGL support.
Just wait and see, and if you run into trouble, try some other drivers.
You have downloaded drivers from Jaton, you say. Have you tried some generic ones from http://www.sis.com/ ?
It may be worth a try, but not unless you are having trouble.

I tried running quake 3...but it has a problem inrelation to open gl....and also TOCA Touring cars won't run properly

OK, then you should try the drivers from SiS. Please note that generic drivers might screw up your system, but it is very unlikely. I used a lot of generic drivers for my old screencard, made by a company that went out of buisness, and never had any trouble.
SiS has made the chip that is on your card, and the card manufacturer usually use the drivers from SiS, perhaps with some changes. Just give it a try.
If you are running XP or Me, it might be wise to run a sysbackup before you install the drivers..... :)
