Doing this allows you to fit 7-8 hours of footage on a DVD. Basically if you already have a file in VCD format all you really need to do is open it in tmpgenc and change the audio from 44khz to 48khz and import into spruce-up. You don't have to seperate the audio from the video. Actually I'm doing all this stuff right now as we speak.
