i am upgradeing my pc which has pc133sdr ram,now i have ordered a new asus av7333+raid,1800xp athlon inc fan/heat sink.will i have to get ddr ram or will these new motherboards still support pc133sdram.the write up does not mension pc133sdr only ddrram.colin

No, the motherboard you mention only supports DDR.

If you're getting anything new these days, it's most likely to be ddr memory and rambus too. PC133 are like on older computers now.

Asus a7a266 was the last Athlon supporting motherboard that can handle pc133, as a bonus it also takes DDR.

The ECS K7S5A is still available, it also supports both pc133 and DDR.
At least it is still available in some webshops, but they might have bought too many of them some time ago?? :laugh:
