Hi, if i open up my x-box to install a modchips but i mess it up/damaging, can i just put it back together and return it for a refund???

You can't refund because you already have your xbox open. If you bought it in 30 days than you can exchange and get a new one. But some store require you to call Microsoft.

If you get the stickers off perfectly (not easy) and you have the skill to remove the chip and every bit of solder you have added (not easy obviously!) then you could give it a go. I have never seen any posts about this so i can not recommend you do it. A pro installer may to be able to answer your question mate. Keep the post near the top so people can see it easily.

to remove the sticker use a hair dryer its that easy
its worth getting the xbox mod if it works fine
if it goes down u simply take the chip out take it back to where u bought
it from or swap it

stop posting useless stuff... you've already been suspended for 1 week, which will take effect some time today, dont make me set it to permanent ban...
