My crappy work pc is a p166 with 64meg and running win 95. MMtask keeps crashing when i click on Start! and i then cant run freecell and other software like dejawent ect.

any ideas anybodies?

Try reinstalling your sound drivers.

cheers mate, uninstalled the drivers and it now works fine, havent tried reinstalling as ive lost the disks and i cant be bothered to sort it!!
