You should first concentrate on fixing your keyboard before bothering to upgrade your system...your caps lock button appears to be stuck down ;)
Nobody will really be able to answer your questions untill you figure out what kind of Motherboard it is. Some ways of determining the Motherboard are to look at the startup BIOS screens for a model\make. Open the case and look at the board for a manufacturer and model number. And, of course, reading the manual if you have one.

Well, there are a couple of programs I can tell you to help you out m8. The first is Belarc Advisor, which will tell you all about your various components as well as how many more sticks of RAM you can put in.
The second program is WCPUID. Read about it at MajorGeeks.com (http://www.majorgeeks.com/article.php?sid=435). This program displays information about your CPU and motherboard.
Download Belarc Advisor (http://www.belarc.com/Programs/advisor.exe)
Download WCPUID (http://www.majorgeeks.com/getfile.php?file=435&site=2)
