After I register CloneCD, How would I reinstall it if my computer HD crashes, or I purchase a new HD? Would I have to reinstall the demo and pay for another registration after 21 days?

No, because when you purchase Clone CD you are given the registration code and that is up to you to record and keep in a safe place (Olli even warns you this when you enter your reg key), so in the event of HD failure when it comes to re-installing all your software you just download Clone CD again and re-enter your reg-key. Or do what I do and back-up your ".exe" Clone CD before you install just in case of mis-haps.
