Whenever i click on my internet explorer icon i get a web page come up about hacking. It is permanantly set as my home page, i have tried changing it using the internet proporites in control panel but everytime i change my homepage to what i want it to be it just changes back and i dont know why.

Try scanning your system for trojans using The Cleaner. You can download a trial for it HERE (http://www.moosoft.com/thecleaner/download.php). Make sure that you also run the Live update first before hand. Also make sure that you've got the latest virus definitions and run a virus scan. Then scan for spyware using Ad-aware.
