Im going to order a liteon dvd rom drive form ebuyer, the one i am going to get is the liteon 16 dvd and 48 cd-rom. however, there are two different types, one has got 'OEM' written beside it and the other has 'retail box' beside it- whats the difference between the two, the retail box one is less then a pound more but i would really like to know what the difference is between the two.

Thanks for the replies, i now understand what 'OEM', 'Retail' or 'whitebox' now mean's, so i am going to purchase the retail version of it. :D
