Hi I'm new hea and I would like your help, I dont kno much about computers
umm its been more than a month or so and I cant get into hotmail or some sites or cant run live update for norton, or wen audiogalaxy was still up I cant connect and other programs, I noticed I couldnt get in to these sites or connect to these programs since I had unistalled Norton Security and installed Norton 02 but for awhile I was able to run liveupdate but now I cant even connect to it.
Is my norton corrupt or something or is it my computer? btw I hav aol dsl
please help me fix my problem becuz I really need to connect to this school program to do my homework etc

try completely removing the norton and reinstall it again. Also check your firewall settings and make sure they are not too high.

As mentioned above, probably something to do with security level, in windows explorer, click on Security/custom level, and reset it to Medium.
