Hope someone can help me out there. I've got a CDRW on my computer, it was working perfectly ok till I uninstalled Easy CD Creator. I think it's got something to do with a missing driver although when I try to update the driver it tells me the best one is currently installed. I think if I reformat my computer I'll be able to sort it, but there must be an easier way.

Open to suggetions anyone.

What error message did you get? Try removing the CDRW from Device Manager then reboot to let Windows autodetect the drive and re-installs the proper driver for it.
