There are many reasons why Walmart is bad:
- smelly/weird people go there
- way too busy all day
- long lines
- cashiers that don't speak english
- etc, etc
BUT, there are a few good reasons:
- cheap stuff
- and the best of all ::: stupid people at customer service!!
they don't care about electronics exchange policies like Best Buy. I took a ps2 i messed up on modding there. I wanted a new one so I packed it up and put it in the box and went to wal-mart. i told the lady i got it for a gift from a friend that was visiting for a week and is now gone, so i don't have a receipt. i then said it didnt work so I wanted a new one. They got some lady from electronics to check it out. she didn't notice that the void sticker was off, the controller port was messed up, and i didn't put the screw caps back on the bottom!! they then called a manager to sign something. HAHAHA! i walked out with a brand new ps2!
