not sure if I am in the right place but I need help. I have tried every possible venue to get this thing to work and yet I seem to be having the same problems. Every time I try to burn a cd, it always comes out with "pops" or "clicks" sparatically throughout the entire disk. is this a burner, rom, software problem, and how can I fix this?? please help!

I am using a sony cd-rw 6rx160e (burner) with either nero 5.5.5.6 or cd creator platinum5. same problem with both.

Post specs like your burner make and model and the software brand and version you are using.
