Hi I have a problem with my ricoh cd writer. it fails to read any cds. I mean I can see the light go on and everything but it does not read any cds. (the cds are fine). I was reading an earlier post does this mean i need to apply some headcleaning fluid to fix it up. Do I just buy it from any shop. I live in Australia?

Ive only had the burner for about 1.5 yrs not long enough for laser to burn out is it?
