Hi all

just got some data safe 90 min cd-r's for the first time ,but when i put them into my cd-rewriter it just spits them out ,with the message please insert readable cd-r/rw

any surgestions.

some won't recognise the 90 min cdrs

Its not that unusual because the 90min cds are not compatible with a lot of recorders as they are made differently.

If the firmware update doesnt work your recorder probably doesnt support them.

You may need to use nero, enable overburn to 90 minutes, write in Disc at once mode, no multisession, and finalize burning at 12x.

This is what I have to do to burn onto 99min cdr's with my liteon 32x.
